We had a fantastic experience buying a car from One 2 One Autos. We were after a specific car and had tried a couple of places who had this car in stock, but they didn't even answer the phone. We found One 2 One on Autotrader who had the car that we wanted and we are so glad that we did. They were very friendly and helpful. They showed us the car which was parked behind some others and let us have all the time we wanted to have a look around. They let us test drive it on our own for as long as we wanted. They also gave us a fair price in part exchange for our old car. The new car was in really good condition and we bought it there and then and drove it home. One 2 One also helped us with taxing the car. We are so pleased that we found them. We also received a follow up call from them a few days later to check that we got home safely and that everything was ok with the new car.

I bought a car from here a few months ago. I enquired, visited and bought the same day. Very reasonably priced and helpful sales staff who are knowledgeable and can answer any questions! The aftercare service blew me away, I had a few queries and a battery drain incident (my fault!), and there was no hesitation in helping and checking everything else was okay as part of the 30 day warranty. I travelled a few hours to get there to purchase, but so glad I did as any worries I had about the purchase/car went away. 100% recommend - I'll be back for my next car, for sure.

I had a pretty good idea which car I wanted and filtered my search considerably when I'd visited One to One Autos. Upon arrival I was greeted by the team who pointed the car out to my wife and me - They gave me the keys and let me have some time alone to study the vehicle (which was appreciated) Once happy we agreed to test drive the car, the car was perfect and drove wonderfully. I was convinced on the car so it came down to the financials - The team at One to One gave me a great price on the car so I took it away there and then. My purchasing experience On that day was superb and I have had a check in from them to see how the car is too. After a month I have some problem and I rang them up with out any question they told me to bring the car to them and they would fix it. They fixed my car and I am happy with the purchase.

Excellent customer service I arrived late for my viewing/test drive and another customer came early and took the car. As I'd travelled quite far, it was very disappointing, but they told me they'd just brought in another model of the same spec. Took it for a test drive and all seemed great besides an audible rattle I could hear. They said they were aware of it and would fix it; I could either take the car home and bring it back for repair, or leave it and they get it sorted. I elected to leave it with them and they even dropped me back to the train station. They've been helpful and respectful through the entire process, even the point of making a courtesy call to check my drive home was smooth. Can't fault them at all!

No pressure,genuine guy's, took time to talk to us and replaced rear wiper blade at our request .All cars were high spec,very knowledgeable and likable brothers who take care of their customers.
